ETEFOP TSS "Ecole Technique de Formation professionnelle" Vocational Training center is a WDA-accredited private technical vocational training centre, dedicated to Saint Charles Lwanga, located in Musanze district, Northern Province of Rwanda.
The school is owned by the Ruhengeri Catholic church Diocese and was inaugurated by His Excellency Bishop Vincent Harolimana on 04th May 2009. Since its establishment, ETEFOP TSS has grown into a remarkable institution furnished with modern facilities and equipment, obtained thanks to the generous financial support of MISEREOR, a German organization specialized in vocational training development.
ETEFOP TSS was established as a way to realize the social mission of the Ruhengeri Catholic church Diocese to support the poor and the vulnerable. Generally, the present initiative supports the socio-economic development of Rwanda. It is focused more particularly on supporting the existing efforts of the Government of Rwanda to boost quality vocational education
To become a regional and national centre of excellence in quality vocational education allowing direct access to the job market for improved socio-economic development of youth.
To facilitate a more inclusive regional and national socio-economic development of the youth living in rural Rwanda.
"Promoting" quality vocational education for the successful integration of skilled youth in the labor market
